be received by April 4th, 2002.  Each paper and fast abstract MUST be accompanied by the 
registration fee. Conference registration fees include conference attendance, lunches, 
refreshments at breaks, and a copy of the proceedings. Student registrations are 
NOT vailable for full papers (even if a student is the only author). Student registrations 
are available for student papers and fast abstracts where students are the ONLY listed authors.

Written requests for refunds must be received by Registration Coordinator, no later than 
                                 April 10, 2002. 
Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. All no-show registrations will be billed in full.
Each accepted paper must have one registration associated with it, the last one associated
with a paper cannot be refunded.
