Participants of ACMSE2002 will receive a special rate of $65 per night (Single/Double); these rates are exclusive of applicable sales/room tax. Attendees should reference "ACM Conference" or "ACM SouthEast Conference" when making reservations. The reservation cut-off date will be April 5, 2002 at 12:00 midnight Eastern time. Reservations received after this date will be accepted by the Hotel on a space and rate available basis. The checkin time is 3pm and checkout time is 12pm. Hotel will accomodate any early arrivals on a space available basis. Cancellation possible up to 6 p.m. on the arrival date.
